Possessions Planner

This is a new and exciting opportunity for a Possessions planner with SWP competencies to join a successful specialist service provider to help with Network Rail Maintenance. You will be responsible for the planning & creating of Safe Systems of Work plans in accordance with the type of work required to take place and in line with Network Rails expectations.

This Role Requires you to be on site.

Key responsibilities
- Maintain a good understanding and working knowledge of and plan safe systems of work.
- Brief all appropriate management and construction teams on possession arrangements, planning possession/protection arrangements.
- Review and report on possession performance and utilisation
- On publication of the Confirmed Period Possession Plan ensure details comply with the work requirements for the possession ensuring any deficiencies are corrected
- Carrying out Location box inspections

Requirements
- SWP Competent
- Distribution and Plant planning experience.
- Proficient in the use of PPS
- Railway knowledge / experience
- Flexible & adaptable
- Experience in Distribution & Plant advantageable.
