Sales Exective

Due to expansion the AEX Group are recruiting for a Sales Canvasser to work for us directly in our Milton Keynes branch.

Duties will include cold calling companies in the Milton Keynes, Bedford and surrounding areas, establishing, and converting new prospects to using the companies’ services, explain and negotiate our commercial offering, successfully handover all new accounts to the operations team and achieving agreed productivity targets.

Hours: Monday-Friday 08:30- 16:30, other hours will be considered
- Make outbound calls and booking appointment for the sales team.
- Cold calling local businesses.
- Reach out to existing customers to maximise sales.
- Build relationships and engage with customers.
- Use CRM tool to enter and maintain all customer information.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to exceed customer expectations.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn about new products and services.
- Cool temperament and experience to successfully overcome rejections/barriers.
- Ideally have previous experience within B2B sales
- Be organised & have an excellent attention to detail.
- Have a proactive and 'can-do' approach to all tasks.
- The ability to take ownership of your working day.
- Highly self-motivated and driven individual, looking continuously to improve and develop.

Full-time, Temp to Perm

**Salary**: £22,000 Negotiable depending on experience, plus commission, phone, laptop, and company car
