**Air Conditioning Supervisor**
An exciting opportunity to supervise a team of AC engineers; also continuing to complete scheduled PPM works and reactive breakdowns, including when required actively supporting on the tools.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage engineer’s activity on site. Review productivity daily and action any issues promptly.Ensure all engineers are correctly using their PDA and submitting all reports and paperwork within the agreed SLA’s.
- Ensure engineers adhere to Health & Safety at Work Regulations, Health & Safety Policies and create client specific Risk & method statements for engineers to follow
- To promote and manage safe driving standards, taking relevant action where necessary in accordance with company procedures. To review company vehicle usage and upkeep.
- Manage employee absence including holidays, review and action any high Bradford scores and manage long term sick employees.
- Provide first line technical support for engineers.
- To provide a professional welcome to the business and monitor new starters during their probation period to evaluate their suitability for the role. To ensure leaver process is followed and equipment is recovered including vehicle after checking the condition.
- To carry out onsite inspection audits and post site completion audits for engineers in line with KPI’s addressing areas of concern and providing training where required.
- To review bonus submitted, sign off when accurate follow up and action any discrepancies.

**Person requirements**:

- To be the Lead of AC service delivery.
- Excellent technical knowledge of the services provided by the business.
- A motivational leader who inspires teams to drive delivery and high performance.
- The ability to make logical and well thought out decisions.
- Understanding of Health and Safety and its importance in the workplace.
- To be able to communicate effectively and confidently with clients and colleagues at all levels.

**Qualifications Required**:

- IOSH Managing Safely or willingness to achieve.
- Any relevant industry qualifications
- FGAS Cat 1

**Essential requirements**:

- Holds a valid driving licence
- Good computer literacy
- The ability to prioritize workload effectively to ensure core tasks are delivered.
**Minimum experience**
- Experience managing a mobile workforce
- At least 2 years relevant experience
