**About the Role**

MJ Church Ltd is excited to be looking for a Health, Safety, Environment, Quality & Training Co-ordinator, to join our growing team, reporting directly to the Group Health & Safety Manager. The role will support all Group divisions, with respect to HSEQT, inclusive of administration and coordinator of respective support functions.

This is an exciting role to join an enthusiastic and energetic team, one who works collectively within a business support function, to excel in what we do. The role presents scope for further development within the business.

**Responsibilities**
- Work independently or in a team to meet specific requirements;
- Monitor and track inspection and audits, inclusive of close out requirement;
- Monitor and track; accidents, incidents and near miss reporting information;
- Monitor outstanding observations and safety alerts/ Toolbox talks;
- Assist with the extraction of specific KPI’s for reporting functions;
- Assist with company induction process;
- Assist with company occupation health booking process;
- Assist with the development of cultural campaigns;
- Conduct Employee Consultations, where required;
- Record and Monitor KPI performance in line with business and contract requirements;
- Work closely with department heads and project personnel;
- Work closely with our supply chain and clients where required;
- Organise/conduct training for personnel across the business;
- Process training claims through the appropriate scheme.

- IT Skills [Excel, Power-bi, Word etc]; ESSENTIAL
- Full UK Driving license.

Desirable
- Administrator experience;
- Knowledge of local training providers and the CITB process of training.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,500.00-£23,000.00 per year
