**Position: Learning Support Assistant (LSA) or Cover Supervisor** **Location: Oxfordshire As soon as possible** **Role Type: Full-Time, Long-Term**

**The Role**:As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) or Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational experience of all students at this collaborative School. Whether assisting in the classroom, providing one-on-one support, or stepping in as a Cover Supervisor when needed, you will contribute to creating an environment where every student can thrive.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to students with diverse learning needs, both in and out of the classroom.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Step in as a Cover Supervisor when required, maintaining a positive and structured learning environment.
- Build positive relationships with students, promoting a culture of respect and collaboration.
- Contribute to the overall pastoral care and well-being of students.

- Relevant experience working in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and a willingness to take on a variety of responsibilities.
- A genuine passion for supporting the learning and development of students.

Contract length: 10 months

**Salary**: £80.00-£100.00 per day

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Oxfordshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Special education: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
