**Tafarn Pencei**, situated in a beautiful area close to the harbour wall in Porthmadog, is a busy restaurant and bar and with a brand-new kitchen just fitted, we are expecting a big increase in food sales. We need an enthusiastic, experienced person to come and join our wonderful kitchen staff.

- **What Your Role May Include**
- Keeping all Back of House areas clean and tidy.
- Washing all pots/pans and equipment to highest standards.
- Making sure that cleaning standards are always upheld.
- Following health and safety protocol.
- Assisting the chef team with basic kitchen preparations.
- Putting away deliveries correctly.
- Helping Front of House team with glass washing and cutlery polishing.

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- Good communications skills.
- Experience of working in a similar industry such as food service, catering or hospitality.
- Previous food handling experience.
- Ability to adhere to all health & safety practices.
- High levels of personal hygiene and appearance.
- Job Types: Full-time.
