**JOB TITLE**:Bids & Tenders Coordinator

**LOCATION**:Chard, Somerset

**SALARY**:Competitive salary based on experience.

**HOURS**:37.5 hours, Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm and Friday 8am - 12:30pm

**THE ROLE**:You will support with the growth of the order intake for the infrastructure product line. You will be responsible for the identification and development of a portfolio of assigned customers in line with the strategic growth plans.

**KEY DUTIES**:

- Support the Product Line Global Sales team to build / enhance relationships with existing and new customers.
- Coordination of all project tender bids compliant with corporate policies and procedures.
- Set up & support meetings with customers' decision makers.
- Support the aftermarket department with Product Line quotes.
- Preparation / coordination of comprehensive tender packages.
- Submission of approved tender bids.
- Collaborating and liaising with internal departments to produce fully complaint tender packages.
- Ensure data is accurately entered & managed within the companies CRM.
