**Join our Team**

With our recent expansion we are looking to recruit an IT Coordinator to support across the group and work closely with our external contracts.

**Your Role**
- Working alongside our IT Support Partner, you will be responsible for the support, maintenance, and security of our IT infrastructure
- You’ll support the delivery of day-to-day upgrades and maintenance including the roll out and replacement of IT hardware and software
- Delivering the highest standards of first line support, assistance and advice to our team members, both in dental practices and whilst they work from home
- Maintaining accurate and up to date documentation of all IT infrastructure, hardware and software, including ensuring compliance with license requirements
- Working with our third party providers to effectively resolve incidents and change requests
- Ensure network security and connectivity for the head office and dental practices
- Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses
- Define network and firewall policies and procedures
- Maintain system security, managing and recommending tools and practices to protect the infrastructure
- Securely configuring, managing, and maintaining Active Directory, Group Policy, and Office 365 tenants
- Managing and maintaining internal networking equipment including firewalls and VPNs
- Managing and monitoring backups and DR process
- Managing and maintaining telephone and broadband systems
- Planning and implementing IT projects e.g., acquisition onboarding, internet capacity for digital roll out

**About You**
- Experienced system administrator with exposure to Windows servers, networking tools, security systems firewalls
- Great at organising, prioritising, and multitasking
- Experience with firewalls, internet VPN’s remote implementation, wireless controller, Wi-Fi access points, voice over IP, network troubleshooting, and problem resolution
- Knowledge and understanding of network best practices associated with achieving and maintaining Cyber-Essential Plus certification is desired
- Experience working with penetration tests and testers is advantageous
- Qualification in Networking and Security an advantage
- Ability to manage, coordinate and complete IT projects
- Configuration and support of Microsoft servers, Virtualisation, storage, Office 365, Firewalls, switches, telephone systems.
- Knowledge of SharePoint and PowerBI desirable
- Able to communicate technical issues in non tech language
- Relevant degree in IT, Microsoft Certification or other professional IT certification
