I have a new permanent position working for a food manufacturing company, based in a business park on the outskirts of Peterborough. Working Monday to Friday - 8am to 4.30pm with 30 mins lunch, on site. They have a holiday allocation of 25 days plus bankholidays which increase after 3 years service. They have an enhanced pension - 5.5% ER contribution.

In this role you will be the point of contact for receipt, admin, and delivery of customer orders. In control of the tracking status from order receipt to delivery with communication to customer points of contact and internally. You will be processing customerorders, working with the national account managers, reviewing stock levels, and working with third party suppliers to get deliveries to the customers.

Duties include:

- Receipt and entering of sales orders onto SAP
- Check stock availability, book transport, book in with customer
- Collaborative information sharing with planning team of stock levels and movements.
- Confirm to customer receipt of order and delivery date
- Keep SAP up to date at all times with order amendments to date and quality.
- Communication internally and externally of any changes affecting order delivery quantity or date.
- Check orders have been dispatched and delivered as planned.
- Post goods issues on SAP and work with accounts team on any queries.
- Daily collation and reporting of all detail relating to department KPI’s.
