Are you a reliable, hardworking individual looking for a role where no day is the same?

Do you live in one of the following areas Saltash, Bodmin, Launceston?

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Operative **t**o undertake maintenance, construction and/or other manual activities with specialist skills in the delivery of operational works for a large facilities company. This will be working within social housing.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Carry out Multi-Skilled trade repairs, maintenance and improvement works within properties
- Ordering of materials
- Responsible for working safely and keeping co-workers safe, following procedures
- Delivery of a high quality, customer focused service

Van provided for work purposes only

**SKILLS/QUALS REQUIRED**
- Evidence of a relevant apprenticeship; City and Guilds Advanced Craft or equivalent NVQ Level 3/4 in a core trade
- Experience in trades in construction and maintenance skills - e.g. Carpentry, Plastering, Roofing, Kitchen and bathroom fitting etc
- Driving licence essential
- CSCS Card
