Flexible Hospitality Team Member

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Hospitality Team Member to join our team. As a member of our hospitality team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our members and guests have a positive experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring their needs are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clubhouse and function areas, including tables, chairs, condiment stations, and washing up.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and timely service
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing needs and priorities
- Basic math skills for cash handling
Must be aged 18 or over.
This is a flexible position due to the nature of the golf club. Applicants must be fully flexible with the willingness to wok weekends, evenings and holidays.
