**Job Title: Residential Property Technical Support Lawyer**

**Location: Brierley Hill/Remote**

**Salary: £35,000-£45,000**

One of the Midlands leading independent law firms is currently looking for a Technical Support Lawyer to join their busy Residential Property team. **The Opportunity**
- Offer specialist legal property advice to qualified and non-qualified Paralegals and Conveyancers at different levels.
- Work either in-office, hybrid, or remote with a trip to the office twice per week.
- Deal with a variety of Residential Property matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, shared ownership, new builds, barn conversions, and small-scale developments.
- Advise on complex and technical title checking on a high volume of files.
- Join a dynamic team of Residential Property legal professionals, become an invaluable member of the department, and be actively involved in the department’s development.

**You will have**:

- 5+ years’ of experience in Residential Property.
- Ability to deal with a high volume of work in support of busy Conveyancers.
- Experience of a wide range of complex technical issues.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
