**As a Local Estate Agent**
- You will have your own postcodes.
- Grow your own business without limits.
- Full control over your own agenda.
- Full support and help from Territory Owner.

You will be building **YOUR **own agency, but you will be part of a very close-knit regional team AND with business support including:

- Fantastic Lead generation - focus on quality from the central team with appointments booked for you
- Extra financial incentive for self-generation leads.
- Multiple revenue streams to help you diversify your business and income.
- Rewards for referring customers to partnered conveyancers and their sister company.
