CCO Group have been retained by a National Property Consultancy in order to assist in their search for a Senior Surveyor / Associate Director to join their rapidly growing commercial agency team in Oxford. Our client provides a wide range of services including Agency, Building Consultancy, Valuation, Property Management + More.

In this role you will be expected to deal with a variety of agency instructions and to be actively involved in the development of our clients business. Our client is a dynamic, forward-thinking firm who take pride in their corporate responsibility and set out a clear progression route for their employees to give them the best opportunity possible of progressing within the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Dealing with agency and acquisition instructions
- Pitch and win new work
- Implement policy as required and ensure legal, professional and corporate compliance on all work carried out.
- Strategically work with other departments to develop new fee opportunities and to maintain consistency and efficiency.
- Secure new instructions from existing and new clients
- Dealing with telephone and general enquiries
- Corporate occupier / consultancy work
- Maintain knowledge of current best practice and legislation
- Develop an annual fee income agreed with Partner
- Contribution to the growth of the business by identifying and developing viable fee earning opportunities.
- Pro-actively participate in the management and development of a strong team.

**What You Need**:

- Preferably RICS qualified
- Strong MS Office Excel skills
- Excellent team orientated interpersonal skills and experience of communicating effectively with both colleagues and clients
- The ability to multi-task effectively to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and report writing skills
- Knowledge of the local commercial property market
- Knowledge of legislation relevant to lease agreements
- Driving license
- A business development-orientated attitude, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
