Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations and ensuring the efficient functioning of our facility. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure optimal performance of equipment and systems
- Coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and inventory
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in maintenance technology
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical schematics and manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- High attention to detail and accuracy
