**Job Title**: Support Worker

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for new Support Workers to work at both of our homes one home is located in Rowley Regis and the other home is located in Oldbury, the hours are mornings, afternoons, day shifts, nights and sleeps in these are over a 6 week Rota to include every other weekend.

Shift times are: 07:30-20:00, 10:00-18:00 and 20:00-07:30

Our homes support adults with Learning disabilities and mental health/ Challenging Behaviour.

**Duties**:

- Personal Care
- Documenting/Report writing
- Medication Administration
- Accompany on activities/health professional appointment
- Support with cooking & Cleaning of the home
- supporting our service users in their day to day lives.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working with individuals with Mental Health, Learning disabilities or special needs is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules

A NVQ Level 2 in health and social care is preferred, if not training will be provided.

It is preferred that you have at least 1 years experience in health and social care.

If you have a DBS with the update service this is much preferred
