**Marshall Jaguar Land Rover Lincoln is Recruiting a Local Business Development Manager**

**Salary £24,000.00 with OTE up to £52,000.00 Uncapped plus Company Car
**The Role**

As the Local Business Development Manager for Marshall Jaguar Land Rover Lincoln, you will be expected to create and manage sales opportunities via outbound activity and regular database management to ensure you are able to reach your activity and sales goals whilst also demonstrating a customer first attitude. Your target market will be SME businesses within the Lincolnshire area that are in need of a fleet solution that can work for their business's procurement motivations whether this be BIK, Co2, Whole Life Cost, Monetary Budgets, or something else.

This is a predominantly field-based role however you will be required to work from our Jaguar Land Rover dealership. Within this role experience of selling automotive solutions to businesses would be desirable. As would the ability to communicate with customers in a conversational manner to gain a full understanding of their needs, prior to offering a relevant solution. You will very much be part of a team of business sales professionals and will be supported by both the site Head of Business and the Fleet Sales Manager to help achieve your goals and aspirations, with regular training and support offered by both Volvo and Marshall Motor Group.

**_The role is predominantly on a Monday to Friday basis but may occasionally require some weekend work for relevant events, with a company car, competitive basic salary and a generous OTE and Bonus Scheme in place._**

- You have the ability to self-motivate as you will be organising and structuring your own diary and workload for each day.
- You are a professional individual with the skills to communicate with people from varying business sectors and backgrounds in order to best understand your customer’s needs and describe how your solution can work for them.
- Enjoy target and time driven deadlines, whether set by yourself, your direct management team or Jaguar and Land Rover as a Franchise.
- You are happy to travel and able to be methodical and time efficient when planning your routes.
- Be comfortable and confident using all elements of Microsoft Office Suite and have experience with Internal systems.
