Treasury Analyst / Brighton / Finance

**Client Details**

A leading Brighton area based organisation are looking to recruit a Treasury Analyst on a full time permanent basis.

**Description**

As Treasury Analyst you will be responsible for:
Cash management
- Managing liquidity for both operating and client accounts
- Ensuring optimal use of cash pool accounts
- Control of standing orders/direct debits
Payments
- Input of payments into banks
Bank Account Management
- Ensuring appropriate electronic access is in place on all bank accounts
- Maintain the correct signatories on all bank accounts
- Relationship management with the banks in your operational areas
Foreign Exchange (FX)/Investment
- Placing FX trades (spot and forwards) as directed to manage the firm's FX operational and risk requirements
- FX reporting
- Short term multi-currency forecasting
- Investment of cash into appropriate funds to optimise investment income

**Profile**
- Good academic background, with strong A levels
- Educated to degree standard - preferable, but not essential
- Part qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
- Treasury qualifications or experience advantageous but not prerequisite.

**Job Offer**

£35,000-£40,000
