Scrum Master

**The position**

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful IT scrum master to be part of our company’s Animal Health Technology Solutions IT team. You will be responsible for the support and development subscription platform. The Salesforce integrated platform is being expanded with a global expansion. The platform is being extended with additional species and business models. You will leverage your technical and commercial expertise to co-ordinate multiple technical teams to align with the geo-expansion and introduction of additional products to the platform. You will be proficient in Agile working practices to deliver accurate system business processes. You will work across all teams such as Marketing, Sales, After Sales and Finance to deliver and improve the platform and its integration with other business systems.

**Who are you?**
- Strong proficiency in agile working practices where employed on leading global programs, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience managing projects through inception to close-out.
- Strong Change Management, Communication & Reporting (written, oral, presentation), negotiation, influencing and relationship building skills.
- Fluent in the use of project management tools and software development methodologies and tools such as SDLC & Jira.
- Demonstrable ability to analyse, define, and solve business problems as well as developing business cases and advising business owners along with regional stakeholders and analysts.
- Working experience in complex environments with a general knowledge of finance and cost accounting.

**What will you do?**

Your primary activities include (but are not limited to):

- You will work with other organisational groups and stakeholders to plan, manage and co-ordinate the execution of the Musubi subscription platform expansion.
- You will be expected to lead the sprint cycle and scrum scheduling activities for the platform leads and technical teams.
- You will facilitate and attend product line review meetings to ensure there are open communications between the program teams, sponsors and financial and IT leadership.

**Your qualifications, experience and skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, science or engineering.
- 2+ years in a similar role for global implementation projects.
- Experience working in regulated environments (SoX).
- Agile Certification and experience of agile toolsets such as Jira & Confluence.
- Awareness of relevant industry business, information, and technology trends.
