**Relief Exam Invigilator**

Hours/Weeks: As when required

Pay Scale: £13.95 per hour

Contract Type: Casual Contract

Contract start: By negotiation and agreement during May 2023

Responsible to: Exams & Systems Officer

We are seeking a knowledgeable, motivated and well-organized Invigilator to oversee and supervise examinations and to ensure that guidelines and regulations for the integrity and security of the examination papers and procedures are followed during examination sessions.

The Lead Invigilator will be responsible for:

- assisting in the setting up of examination rooms,
- maintaining security and confidentiality,
- recording attendance on the official examination registers,
- ensuring no inappropriate items are brought into the examination hall, such as mobile phones, personal stereos, revision notes or other paperwork unless told otherwise,

Reporting to the Exams & Systems Officer and working closely with your line manager, all staff and teams in line with the job role, we’re looking for someone who will join us in bringing our vision, mission and values to life and relish the fact that every day is different.
