Due to a well-deserved upcoming retirement of our current Press Brake Supervisor, we are looking for an experienced Press Brake Supervisor or an experienced Press Brake Setter looking to make the next step in their career.

We work with the latest equipment and the best employees available to The Industry - operating from a 150000 sq modern factory at junction 21 just off the M60.

What we are looking for;
- IT Literate
- 5 years Supervisor experience or 8 years as a skilled Setter
- Amada Press Brake experience
- Good and confident Leadership skills
- Lean Manufacturing exposure preferred (but not essential) and training provided
- Must be willing to work overtime when required on rota on with other Supervisors
- Must be good at handovers (to nightshift team)
- Good eye for detail

As the current Supervisor will be working along you there is plenty time and support to get you fully up to speed.

Mon - Thu 7.45 - 18:00

Monthly paid

**Salary**: £15.30-£16.50 per hour
