**We currently have an opportunity for a Sales/Service Representative to join our Domestic team in our Castleford office on a full time, permanent basis. The standard hours for this role are 37.5 hours weekly, Monday to Friday. **Saturday working is also included during the winter months on a shift rotation basis.**

As the face of Certas Energy, our Sales/Service Representatives work in a fast-paced environment and face different challenges every single day. Through high performance and putting our customers first, Sales/Service Representatives have great prospects for progression and lucrative commission potential.

Our Sales Representatives are responsible for the development of our customer base, handling inbound calls and making outbound queries. You will be responsible for the customer journey and ensuring each account is maximised to its full potential. This is a hybrid role which also includes Customer Service responsibilities to suit the business needs.

**Are you a Sales/Service Representative? We’re looking for**:

- Previous sales experience is desirable
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Confidence in own ability
- High degree of self-motivation and time management
- Ability to work with autonomy
- Resilient, persistent and tenacious
- Target driven / results orientated

This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience and grow within the UKs largest independent retailer of fuels and lubricants.
