Maintenance Manaager

We're looking for a talented Maintenance Manager to work for our client.
They want to recruit someone with a background in managing large scale maintenance teams.

**The Role**:
As the Maintenance Manager you'll report to the Operations Manager and will be primarily responsible for managing the maintenance function of a large, industrial manufacturing plant.
In the job you'll be tasked with the following:

- The management of the maintenance team with all that entails
- Devising and implementing an effective and efficient maintenance programme
- Management of the associated budgets
The ideal person for this Maintenance Manager role will have relevant experience of managing large scale maintenance teams. You'll also need a background in industrial / manufacturing settings.
Plus, it's vital that you've got worked on both the electrical and mechanical aspects of maintenance.
In addition, you'll need an engineering qualification and be an exceptional leader of people with experience spanning the whole gamut of management.

- Basic salary: _Up to £54,000 per annum
