Lunchtime Assistant

At Cedar Park Nursery in Hoddesdon we are looking to recruit a lunch time cover to support all rooms within the nursery over the busy lunch time period. 15 hours per week, 12am - 3pm daily.

This will include supporting the staff with the running of the room during lunch time and supervising the children, along with providing exciting and interesting activities for the children.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Preparation, care, high standard of cleanliness and maintenance of the classrooms and equipment
- Respond appropriately to issues requiring confidentiality
- Work well as part of a team and ensure the smooth running of the nursery day.
- Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers
- Maintain staffing ratios in accordance with statutory regulations
- Ensure that children are kept safe and that where necessary follow child protection procedures.
