Matchday Steward

**Location**: American Express Community Stadium, Brighton

**Hours**: To work all home matches for the 23/24 season (inclusive of Premier League, Cup games & Europa League games)

**Hourly Rate**: £11 per hour

**Job Type**: Worker agreement

**Interviews**: W/c 3rd July 2023

Your top priority will be to ensure that all our fans are in safe hands whilst visiting us on a matchday. We take our customer service seriously and our fans are at the heart of everything we do. You never know what a matchday might throw at you, so you will need to have the ability to work well under pressure.

**Don't worry if you don't have the experience or qualifications**

Full training is provided ahead of your first matchday. Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be 18 years or older. This is a customer facing role so you will need to be able to deliver and maintain high levels of enthusiasm and customer service throughout your shift.
