**Responsibilities**:
- Provide outstanding customer service to all clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Manage queues and direct customers to the appropriate service areas, keeping lines moving efficiently.
- Assist customers with check-in procedures, ticketing, and other service-related tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company cleanliness and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and address any issues that arise.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, safety, and security.

- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not required.
