**Company Information**:
We are a small family run business looking to hire a new supervision social worker to work with our families to make changes for children. We strive for the best for our carers and children and are regulated as GOOD with Ofsted.
- Managing filing systems
- Duties of the role may extend to the management of social media
- Developing and implementing new administrative systems
- Organising the office layout and maintaining stationary supplies
- Organising and chairing meetings with your staff in lower paid roles such as admin assistants and duty officers.
- You may be called upon to take minutes and organise agenda’s for senior management
- Assist with the recruitment of staff and foster carers.
- Reporting key issues to senior management effectively and efficiently as appropriate including identifying trends and analysing reports.
- Takes responsibility for own development by attending training workshops and keeping up to date with fostering and adoption legislation and policy.
- Other tasks as when required to complete by service manager.
Experience required:
- Competent with IT skills in all key software packages
- Managing processes
- Developing standards
- Report writing skills.
