**About The Role**:
**Role Responsibilities**:
- Process sales orders, taking responsibility for a particular key account.
- Raise purchase orders and manage their implementation through to invoicing.
- Process and maintain quality control documents.
- Liaise with suppliers and customers.
- Data entry, answering incoming calls, filing and maintaining job packs.
- Other duties as required including holiday cover for colleagues.
- A sound background in administration.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Confidence in dealing effectively with changing priorities and a variety of tasks.
- Good IT skills and competent in the use of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- A team player with the ability to develop good working relationships with customers, colleagues and suppliers.
- Highly organised with the ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines.
- Excellent communication and numeracy skills.
- A methodical approach with an attention to detail is essential.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 12 months
