Fryer/cook

Gambles are looking to recruit an experienced Fryer to join our team.

We are looking for someone with the knowledge & experience to deliver quality and consistency into the takeaway.
- Experience and proven ability is required.

Responsibilities of our Fryer
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
- Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards

Competitive rates of pay. wage dependent on age and experience.

Schedule:

- 6 hour shift

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner and meets customer expectations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

**Skills**:

- Previous experience as a cook or in a similar role
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
