Job Overview:We are seeking a dedicated Aesthetics Trainer to join our team in providing high-quality training to our students. The Trainer will play a key role in developing and delivering training programmes to enhance the skills and knowledge of students in the beauty and Aesthetics field.Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver engaging training sessions on various topics
- Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and exercises
- Monitor and evaluate training programme effectiveness
- Provide feedback and coaching to students to support their learning and development
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Aesthetics Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Trainer or similar role with a Level 5 in teaching. Assessors and IQA qualifications - Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles
- Ability to work well in a team environment

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: £25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 30 per week
