A permanent, full time Finance Analyst role working within Systems and Projects offering up to £30,000 per annum plus study support.

**Client Details**

Our client has been in operation for around 20 years and was created to improve and develop community health and social care services. They are a hugely diverse and inclusive workforce, with offices around the UK.

**Description**

The key responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to;
- Support the Finance Manager on projects directly driven by finance and be the finance representative for company wide projects.
- Ensure finance projects are delivered in line with company deadlines and support delivery the company's business plan.
- Ensuring projects and all changes to processes and systems have adequate control consideration. Improvement in the overall control environment within the finance department and wider business.
- Participate in all aspects of continuous improvement to processes.

**Profile**
- Proven track record in accounting and finance with involvement in project related roles;
- Experience with system testing and creating of test scripts;
- Active involvement with remedial work on processes;
- Competent user of Excel;
- Strong organisational skills;
- Ability to communicate effectively;
- Advanced knowledge of SAGE and Oracle would be highly advantageous.

**Job Offer**
- A permanent, full time Finance Analyst role working within projects and systems;
- Offering up to £30,000 per annum, plus great benefits and study support.
- Hybrid working, with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
