Balustrade South West Ltd is looking for a trainee fitter to join our team in exeter.

**Position Summary**:
Under the direction of the other staff, the trainee fitter will be responsible for the manufacture & the installation of stainless steel & glass balustrade/handrail systems, installing decking structures & composite decking.

**Requirements**:

- at least 1 years experience working in a carpentry background
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other employees
- Ability to work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow)
- Ability to work with heavy glass panels
