Sorrel Restaurant, owned by Roux Scholar Steve Drake, is looking for a committed and passionate Sous Chef. Nestled in the Surrey Hills, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, we are less than 45 minutes from London. Immediate start available.

This is a modern fine dining 1 Michelin star and 4 AA rosette restaurant in Dorking Surrey. The restaurant serves the very best of British food with menus constantly evolving to follow and reflect the seasons. Chefs with a Michelin/AA Rosette backgroundare sought to be an integral part of the future of the kitchen team.

Sous Chef **Salary is £32k to £40k** plus pension scheme.

We are also actively recruiting for Chefs of all levels and will consider Full-time or Part-Time opportunities for any chefs interested with the following salaries:
Commis Chef - to £24k
CDP - to £26k
Pastry Chef - £35k+

Note that applicants should either live locally or else have their own transport as restaurant closing times mean that public transport is often unavailable.
