A global company whose **Tech HQ** is in the heart of the **North East** are searching for a **Senior** **Infrastructure Engineer** to support with the roadmap of the Azure Cloud Platform across the EMEAregion. The role will be heavily involved in developing strategic solutions across Cloud and On-Prem platforms. This role is going to be **developing and progressing the DevOps culture** throughout the global estate and focus on automation ofmanual activities.

A solid technical background in **Windows Server Administration** is required as a core responsibility, as this role must provide tier 3 support to the existing **on-premises windows infrastructure**. The aim of this position isto evolve the best practices for deploying our solutions both into **Microsoft Azure and our on-premises Data Centres**. Once this migration has been established, the team will be looking to work with DevOps tooling and AI to develop the efficienciesof the systems. This teams are beginning to implement a **DevOps culture** across the business so skills in IaC, CI/CD and Monitoring would be advantageous.

You will be working in a matrix team structure reporting to the **EMEA Infrastructure Manager**. You will need to be able to communicate with senior stakeholders within the business and mentor apprentices that join the team,
