We’re recruiting for a Head Of Consumer Duty Implementation to join us on a 12 month FTC. We’re** **offering a competitive base salary, 12% car allowance and strong benefits package.

What you'll be doing:

- Leading the implementation and ongoing embedding of Consumer Duty
- Supporting the group with all Consumer Duty implementation queries to ensure full compliance with regulations
- Producing Customer Outcome MI and preparing and presenting board papers
- Working closely with HR and business units to ensure that Consumer Duty is part of L&Gs culture

**Qualifications**
Who we're looking for:

- You will need a strong understanding of the Consumer Duty regulation
- Have a background in Financial Services
- Experience in working in large and complex organisations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Track record of success in driving improvement and delivering results
