An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mortgage Administrator to join Sawyer and Co Financial Services. The post will be for 12-20 hours a week with flexible working hours between 9am and 5pm.

The Mortgage Administrator will be supporting Mortgage and Protection Advisers by engaging with clients, lenders, protection providers and third parties.

TASKS AND DUTIES:

- Book client appointments
- Assessing client documents and ensuring that they are in line with polices, criteria and compliance
- Chase documents from clients and help them complete fact finds if required
- Create letters and reports
- Speaking to clients about building and contents insurance policies
- Supporting advisors by conducting research with lenders and preparing for appointments
- Promote the profile of the business within the profession and wider community

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

- Experience of working in a fast paced environment and juggling multiple tasks effectively and efficiently
- Trustworthy and integrity in line with our values
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Engaging with clients confidently face to face and over the phone
- Administration experience
- Self motivated with a positive, proactive, confident attitude
- Good communication skills and able to build trusting relationships with clients. Must communicate in a fair and clear manner
- Financial services experience preferred but not essential
- Diary management

BENEFITS:
