An opportunity has arisen for a full time Administrator to join our Children’s Care Meeting Support Team. Middlesbrough Children’s Services is committed to delivering an effective and comprehensive frontline service with customer excellence in mind.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and IT skills and with experience of complex minute taking.

You will be required to convene and minute complex strategy meetings, panel meetings, children looked after review meetings and child protection conferences.

You will provide a wide range of technical and administrative support which will include call handling, data entry, ensuring that all business support responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Due to the nature of the work a high level of confidentiality is required. The post holder will be expected to be flexible and accommodating.
