CISO - Chief Information Security Officer

London, Bristol OR Manchester (1 day per week on site)

Day rates: GBP 800-900 per day, 12 months, INSIDE IR35

Concept Resourcing are looking for a CISO to join a Central Government client based in London/Bristol/Manchester. This is an initial 12 month contract with a possible extension.
- Have proven leadership experience in Cyber Security, demonstrated through your previous roles
- Have an understanding of best practice within Information Security and risk management, which could include knowledge of relevant standards such as ISO/IEC 3 27001 and NIST CSF.
- Be able to demonstrate knowledge of security technologies and wider business solutions including Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Identity and access management, SIEM, remote working and cloud technologies
- Experience of NCSC based cyber frameworks.
- Leads innovation in protective security, taking into account other specialisms/enablers and business drivers
- Supports security professionals in carrying out risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies
