Well-Being coordinator
- Participate in enhancing the social well-being of the residents to provide as far as possible, a happy simulating experience. Help residents to socialise within the care home.
- To plan ongoing weekly rotas in conjunction with the residents wishes, and encourage residents to maintain pre-existing hobbies.
- Maintain full and accurate records and assist the home with fund raising.
- report any changes in residents physical or emotional conditions to the manager.
- Provide comfort and company on a one to one basis for residents who are unable to participate in any form of activity.
- To carry out any other task that may be reasonable assigned to you.
- Ensure that residents confidentiality is maintained at all times.
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: £10.00 per hour
**Experience**:
- Training: 1 year (preferred)
- Health and Social Care: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- NMC (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
