An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Operative to support the Infrastructure Manager as part of a small in-house Maintenance team at our King’s Bush Farm Site at Godmanchester.

You will be required to carry out reactive maintenance through the FM Helpdesk facility and planned maintenance according to PPM schedule including but not restricted to painting, grounds maintenance, basic plumbing and general upkeep of internal and externalareas.

This is a full time position working 37.5 hours per week.

The starting salary for this position will be £20,177 - £21,912 per annum depending on experience.
