My client based in Haddenham is looking for a Transport Operations Supervisor.

The Transport Operations Supervisor duties will be to:

- Supervise a team of 2 Transport Controllers and a team of 15 drivers.
- The responsibilities will include ensuring that drivers are compliant in line with Working Time Regulations, helping drivers with breakdowns and defects and liaising with both customers and management to develop relationships and business.

The ideal Transport Operations Supervisor must have:

- Previous transport experience at a supervisory level.
- An individual who wants more exposure will definitely benefit as they will be empowered to make their own decisions with relation to efficiencies and processes.

Working hours for this Transport Operations Supervisor are 9am-6pm Monday to Friday, although an earlier start and later finish may be required to cover holiday and sickness.

Salary 34-36K.

**Salary**: £34,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
