Job Title: Cleaner

**PLEASE READ**

**PART TIME HOURS ONLY**

**MUST BE REASONABLY FIT**

**THIS IS A PART TIME ROLE**

Role is to cover one site and all equipment supplied.

6 Hours per shift per week, Can be split into two 3 Hour Shifts or one 6 Hour Shift.

**Tasks**:

- Site Communal Cleaning, hoovering, including hoovering stairs, cleaning windows, antiviral handrails and doors, clean lifts if applicable. Attention to detail a must and be used to working to on site work instructions.

Photos and site report of any observations to be sent to HQ after each visit.
- Must have right to work in the UK.
- Must speak English.
- Have a current in date DBS or be willing to be vetted for one and have a reasonable level of fitness.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
- Adhere to health and safety regulations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work is preferred
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- **Physical stamina** to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed within designated timeframes
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors

**A Reasonable level of physical fitness is a MUST for this role as there are a few blocks with many flights of stairs to hoover.**
