Quality Personnel

Here at Pattemores, we have been producing quality dairy ingredients for over 25 years. As a business we have been established over 80 years. We are expanding our production facility and have need of a reliable, capable person to join our quality team.

**What training and progression is there?**
- You will be trained in microbiological sample plating techniques and interpretation of results
- Training in chemical analysis of the dairy products through analysis machines, Infra read fat readers, Titration for lactic acid levels, testing to determine pasteurisation and so on.
- We will show you quality assurance as well as quality control. With QA work, you will learn how to audit the various departments on site, write detailed reports, analyse results, investigate issues and write and complete Non Conformance reports.
