Job Details

Office Location: London (Westgate) currently min 2 days per week as well as Remote / Onsite as required by client.

This role involves working closely with our multiple client contacts to ensure that they stay close to the latest shopper trends whilst creating and landing practical insights & recommendations to help drive transformation change through their business.

Coca Cola have many brands with Coke, Diet Coke, Fanta, Dr Pepper, Schweppes and many more. This role provides a unique opportunity to help a global manufacturer navigate the soft drinks market. You would be joining a very motivated, driven, and supportive team that have experienced phenomenal success over the past few years.

This key role would provide you with an opportunity to develop your client relationship skills as well as focus on your insight story telling skills, all whilst working on key strategic projects to help Coca Cola continue to be an attractive proposition to consumers.

We aim to visit the two Coca Cola offices on a regular basis (every two weeks) with access to unlimited soft drinks when on site There are also socials with drinks or summer BBQs on their rooftop terrace within their Bond Street office...drinks included

Your role would also include give you the opportunity to be exposed to many of our solutions, and work closely with colleagues in our global teams, and other local specialists like Operations, Worldpanel Plus and Advanced Analytics teams.

Key outcomes

Client & Insight focus
- Help P&G Local teams answer their day-to-day questions by extracting and analysing shopper purchasing behaviour, turning this into practical insights and recommendations across a dozen of Toiletries and Household categories in which you’ll develop expertise and a point of view.
- Deliver business critical reports accurately and on time to the P&G global and local insight team and other key client partners.
- Build client satisfaction and commercial conversations with key contacts at P&G by delivering high quality client servicing and implementing the account plan.
- Support the client in transition to our new reporting platform by becoming the expert of the tool in order to help both heavy and occasional users acquire the data and reports they need.

Commercial
- Follow an annual client plan endorsed by your line manager and director and collaborate with specialists outside of our immediate team to deliver it
- Work towards an annual commercial team target (i.e. propose services on top of day to day contracted service).

Team
- Work in tandem with the Client Insight Director to coordinate, schedule, learn and seek support in providing your best work.
- Be an active member of the Business Unit team, sharing your knowledge and point of view to help others constructively.
- Working with your manager in building authentic relationships with internal partners, from global panel teams, Operations and other specialists, creating a voice for the UK business amongst these teams.
- Contribute and participate in wider team initiatives including training and thought leadership.

Capabilities and experience
- Excellent analytical skills: a natural curiosity and inquisitive mind in how data can help unearth behaviours, and agility with using our data software for extracting, analysing shopper data and turning this into practical insights.
- Attention to detail, particularly ensuring both Excel and PowerPoint work is delivered accurately.
- Strong verbal and visual presentation skills with the ability to put together informative and impactful presentations, as well as a high standard of written communication
- Outstanding client servicing skills with the ability to establish relationships through strong interpersonal skills and a professional
