**About the Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a **Ward Clerk** to join **The Wilmslow Hospital**

**As a Ward Clerk, **you will provide a reception/administrative service to support the team to deliver a high-quality service to clients. Responsibilities will include, meeting and greeting of patients, making bookings, management of medical records and unit stationaries supplies, capturing of patient’s feedback and

monitoring of consumables revenue capture.
- To welcome people to the ward.
- .Assist consultants to locate medical notes and chaperone consultants as applicable
- To answer the telephone and take messages.
- To assist the Ward with various administrative tasks
- To run internal errands for staff or patients (pharmacy prescriptions).
- Support nursing staff in escorting patients to theatre
- Carry our Audits as delegated
- Order ward supplies - stationary
- Minutes takin as applicable
- Previous administrative experience, ideally in private healthcare, or healthcare Admin/administrator/clerk.
- Exceptional IT skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Able to multi-task, coordinate multiple priorities, meet deadlines and act on instruction quickly to support patients and consultants.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
