We strive to provide innovative solutions to many big-name brands whilst building and nurturing relationships along the way.

Mauve Fulfilment is going through an exciting period of growth, in the past two years we have expanded our storage capacity, implemented a new warehouse management system and doubled our client base with the introduction of our 3rd party logistic service for small and medium e-commerce brands.

You will be working with our range of print based retail customers as well as our new e-commerce fulfilment customers. You will liaise with multiple stakeholders both internally and also externally up to a Director level. This is a fantastic opportunity to get on at the ground level and play an integral part in our growth strategy.

**What you'll do**
- Managing internal and external communications regarding our existing print based fulfilment customers and new 3PL e-commerce customers
- Processing inbound sales enquiries
- Onboarding new customers - including running demos on our platform
- Growing revenue by maximising storage space, offering additional services, and opening up new sales channels for customers
- Manage exports to Europe including processing commercial invoicing - ensuring all products are setup properly. Where information is required liaise with internal and external stakeholder to collect
- Monthly invoicing - ensuring purchase orders are received in a timely manner
- Be main point of contact between the warehouse and our internal teams
- Manage customer service line

**What we will need**
- 2 years experience in Fulfilment/ Logistics based environment
- Experience using a WMS, ideally Mintsoft
- Experience dealing with import and export of goods would be advantageous
