- Identifying appropriate funding sources, including Trusts & Foundations and statutory, corporate and community funders, through grants research.
- Writing compelling cases for support to maximise successful grant awards.
- Supporting the administration of post-award grants to ensure that budgeting and administrative policies & procedures and funders’ requirements are being followed.
- Completing funding reports and sending required information to funders to meet funder’s deadlines.
- Establishing and building positive relationships with appropriate local agencies and organisations.
- Supporting and promoting positive and effective internal and external communications.
- Presenting accurate reports and updates to the Board within required timescales.
- Representing and promoting the charity positively, including the attendance at meetings.
- Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
**3. Hours & Location**:
- 16 hours per week worked flexibly, which may include occasional evening and weekend day working.
- The role will involve working from home, linked to our charity’s office base in Turriff for administration, and attending meetings throughout Grampian.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
