**Birmingham based retailer with multiple physical sites and a hugely successful e-commerce business is looking to add a Graphic Designer to their marketing team.**
**The role**:
**As the only designer within this focussed marketing team, it will be your role to design all marketing campaigns from concept, through to creation as well as analysing performance. Our client is a retailer within the home furnishings environment,and it will be your role to entice customers to their fabulous website and into their stores with your innovative and eye-catching designs. You could be designing anything from brochures, leaflets, POS material, through to display ads, social media images,as well as web and digital advertisements, and this is likely to also involve videos, animation and the manipulation of digital images. You’ll work with external agencies and suppliers, as well as building relationships with key personnel within the business.**
**What we’re looking for**:
**We need someone with a good couple of years’ experience under their belt for this one, as you will be the sole designer, but if you’ve got a love of retail and even have an interiors or fashion background, that would be fabulous It is essentialthat you’re as home designing for print as you are for digital and social and that you have a proven record of managing multiple projects, often in a time pressured environment. Your portfolio must demonstrate press ads and brochure design and you should beable to generate animations and video as well as strong web design skills. If you’ve got an e-commerce background, that’s a big plus but it’s not essential. From a software perspective, the usual suspects of Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator and Adobe PremierPro are required and you’ll also have basic level skills of working with HTML and CSS.**
