Lease Extension and Enfranchisement Paralegal

**Our client is seeking a Lease Extension and Enfranchisement Paralegal to join their department in Hertford, Hertfordshire. You will be needed to assist Fee Earner’s in the performance of his/her role in the Department.**

This would be an ideal role for a Law Graduate with previous experience of working within a Lease Extension and Enfranchisement team.

**Education & Experience required**:

- Previous experience of working in a law firm with experience in Lease Extension and Enfranchisement - Essential
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs A - C (Grades 4 and above)
- A Levels preferred
- Law Degree advantageous
- Administration / office experience required

**Summary of the role**:

- Dealing with new enquires
- Dealing with file openings including AML checks and ensuring all information is inputted into case management system (Liberate) and ensuring monies paid on account
- Handling accounts matters on client files, invoicing and funds transfers
- Ensuring files are closed regularly and sent to deeds storage
- Covering reception as/when required
- General administrative support to the department
- Photocopying, filing, archiving
- Fee earner support
- Managing correspondence out and in with clients
- Typing of letters, documents and forms
