The purpose of this role is to provide an efficient and professional service demonstrating the highest levels of professionalism, customer service and integrity. Responsibilities will include: greeting visitors onto site and ensuring that they follow processes
Ensure staff, residents and visitors are in a safe environment by de-escalating situations
Regular tours of the site internally and externally
To monitor and encourage residents, staff and visitors in wearing of lanyards
To encourage smoking in designated spaces and behaving respectfully to each other and the facilities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months
**Salary**: £12.50-£13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
